Founded by Jana Milligan—a senior healthcare executive with over 20 years of operations experience—Sunstone was created to bridge the gap between the complex needs of families in crisis and the human desire for a vibrant, dignified lifestyle, regardless of age, medical complexity, or financial status.

With the addition of partner Shanna Jones, our team combines high-level operational expertise with a deep commitment to serving vulnerable and middle-income populations.

We don’t just "place" seniors; we advocate for them. Whether we are providing strategic consulting to elevate the standards of residential care homes or offering innovative shared housing for independent seniors, we ensure every transition is handled with professional rigor and a personal touch.

Founder & CEO

With over 20 years of healthcare leadership and a passion for senior advocacy, Jana leads Sunstone Senior Services with a commitment to excellence. She has built a multi-faceted agency that bridges the gap between clinical necessity and human desire for connection and abundance. Whether she is advising a family in crisis or launching a new co-living space, her focus remains the same: bringing empowerment, compassion and life-giving energy to the senior experience.

Shanna Jones

Chief Operating Officer

Shanna combines high-level operations and project management expertise with a dedicated heart for serving vulnerable populations. With a focus on structural excellence, Shanna ensures that Sunstone’s programs—from shared housing to senior transitions—are managed with professional rigor and a "people-first" philosophy.

Her leadership ensures that while the logistics are seamless, the focus remains exactly where it belongs: on the well-being and vitality of the seniors we serve.

Finnegan Milligan

As the heart and soul of the Sunstone team, Finn specializes in morale boosting and unconditional support. Whether he’s greeting guests at networking events or keeping spirits high behind the scenes, Finn embodies the life-giving energy and joy that our brand represents.

Finn reminds us every day that a warm welcome and a friendly presence are foundational to a great home. When he isn't on the clock, Finn likes to enjoy s a well-deserved hike & Vitamin D break in the Arizona sun
